Chronological Listing of 1998 Activities

September 15,1998: Second LHHL Award was presented to David Hoselton at an award banquet sponsored by the Leo Holmsten Human Life Committee of the Rochester Area Right to Life Committee. Inc. Education Fund, with 13 co-sponsors, at the Rochester Marriott Thruway Motel The co-sponsors were asked for a contribution to help cover costs with no mandatory amount stated Ticket price was $22 per person for meal and program. It's purpose was to give public thanks to David Hoselton for the donations of time, leadership and money he had donated to area organizations, e.g. Crisis Pregnancy Centers, Faith Haven, Roberts Wesleyan College and Perinton Community Church where he had stimulated pro-life activities, e.g. bus trip to Washington in January, 1998 on anniversary of U.S. Supreme Court decision of Roe v Wade. Publicity was given to the work of the above cited organizations and their positive benefits for the unborn and their mothers. The event, attended by 190 persons, was conducted by volunteers from the LHHL Committee, assisted by volunteers from co-sponsoring groups. Increased name recognition of the above mentioned groups resulted.
